Helping you find the ‘u’ In Mum

What do you see when you look at this image? Do you see a woman multi-tasking and balancing her career and motherhood? Do you see her achieving balance? Is this the balance you are striving for? Does she feel torn or has she created the duality she wants? What are her achievements and challenges? Are they similar to your own?

Does this image remind you about the anticipation of becoming a Mum (again) when you are succeeding in your career? Does it remind you of a Mum who is returning to work after maternity leave or a career break?  Is the woman wondering how both roles can coexist? Does it make you think about if and how you could do your job part time and be a hands-on Mum? Can you achieve both?

Can you relate to and identify with the woman in this image? If so, why? If not, why not? How is she feeling? Confident? Accomplished? Successful? Stressed? Exhausted? Guilty? Can you identify with any of these words?

Do you feel like you are doing a juggling act in your life – to be a great Mum, to have an exciting career, to be a loving and supportive partner, to be a domestic goddess? Within these different areas, where are you? Your identity, your ambitions, your aspirations, your sense of self? Is it shining bright or has it lost its sparkle?

I feel passionate about Coaching for Mums – to help Mums through all the trials and tribulations of being a Mum in our world today. Whether that be to help you navigate your way back to work after having children, to support you in changing career, starting a business, being a successful working Mum, feeling fulfilled, feeling balanced, feeling empowered. To help you find or redefine your identity, to help YOU find the ‘u’ in Mum.
