For as long as I can remember, I have had a passion for productivity and helping people improve the way they work and learn.
Following my degree in Psychology and Post Graduate Certificate in Education, I spent twelve years as a Teacher and Senior Management Team member.
As part of my role, I facilitated coaching, training and professional development opportunities for staff teams.
As a Performance Manager, I supported staff and pupils in setting and reaching goals and targets to improve their performance and development.
During my ‘Outreach’ role as a specialist Teacher of children with Special Educational Needs, I delivered training to families and staff in primary schools across Brighton and Hove.
After taking a career break to focus on being a Mum to my two daughters, I retrained in coaching and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
I achieved an accredited Diploma in Performance Coaching, after which I proudly set up my business coaching business – Heads-up Coaching.
How I help
After a few years as a Business Coach, I chose to niche and specialise in time management and productivity.
I help business owners, teams and organisations optimise the way they work or run their business, increase their productivity and reach their goals through group training, courses and 1:1 coaching.
During the pandemic, I have been particularly helping people adapt to the changing world of work and to work more happily, healthily, effectively and productively, whether that be remotely, their place of work or as a hybrid team.
My mission is to guide, support and empower you with the tools, skills and resources to work or run your business more enjoyably, healthily, effectively and productively, enabling you have more time for the things that matter.
I’m proud to be a Mentor for the government-backed Help To Grow: Management Course and referred Business Coach for Coast to Capital.
I live in Brighton and Hove with my husband and fellow entrepreneur, our two energetic daughters and mischievous dog.
