For as long as I can remember, I have had a passion for productivity and helping people improve the way they work and learn.
Before I was a Business Coach, I spent twelve years as a Teacher and Senior Management Team member. As part of my role, I facilitated coaching, training and professional development opportunities for staff teams.
As a Performance Manager, I worked extensively on identifying goals and targets for staff and pupil performance and worked strategically to implement these within schools.
During my ‘Outreach’ role as a specialist Teacher of children with Special Educational Needs, I delivered training to families and staff in primary schools across Brighton and Hove.
After taking a career break to focus on being a Mum to my two daughters, I retrained in coaching and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
I achieved an accredited Diploma in Performance Coaching, after which I proudly set up my business coaching business – Heads-up Coaching.
How I help
Over the years of coaching hundreds of business owners, I learned that people need to know how to work more effectively, efficiently and productively in order to run successful businesses and have time for the things that are important to them.
After a few years as a Business Coach, I chose to niche and specialise in time management and productivity – an area that I believe is so integral in business, especially as we continue to adjust to the changing landscape of work.
I help business owners, teams and organisations improve their time management, elevate their productivity and get more done.
I offer 1:1 coaching and group training.
I live and work in Brighton and Hove, with my husband and fellow entrepreneur, our two energetic daughters and mischievous dog. I use my time management and productivity skills every day!
