about Lyndsey from Heads-up Coaching

My background

For as long as I can remember, I have had a passion for productivity and helping people improve the way they work and learn.

Following my degree in Psychology and Post Graduate Certificate in Education, I spent twelve years as a Teacher and Senior Management Team member.

As part of my role, I facilitated coaching, training and professional development opportunities for staff teams.

As a Performance Manager, I supported staff and pupils in setting and reaching goals and targets to improve their performance and development.

During my ‘Outreach’ role as a specialist Teacher of children with Special Educational Needs, I delivered training to families and staff in primary schools across Brighton and Hove.

After taking a career break to focus on being a Mum to my two daughters, I retrained in coaching and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

I achieved an accredited Diploma in Performance Coaching, after which I proudly set up my business coaching business – Heads-up Coaching in 2018.

How I help

After a few years as a Business Coach and Trainer, I chose to niche and specialise in time management and productivity.

I help businesses and teams achieve their goals by improving their time management, productivity and wellbeing, through group training and 1:1 coaching.

My mission is to guide, support and empower you with the tools, skills and confidence to work or run your business more effectively, happily and productively, enabling you have more time and energy for the things that matter.

I am proud to be a member of the Growth Champion Team at Coast to Capital and an Ambassador for the Brighton Chamber of Commerce.

I live in Brighton and Hove with my husband and fellow entrepreneur, our two energetic daughters and mischievous dog.

“If you are looking for an expert in effective time management, Lyndsey is the person you are looking for!”
