My background

For as long as I can remember, I have been passionate about productivity.

After my degree in Psychology and Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE), I spent twelve years as a Teacher, where I discovered my love for helping people transform the way they work and learn.

As a Senior Management Team member, I empowered teams through coaching and training and as a Performance Manager, I guided staff and students towards achieving their targets and goals.

My Outreach consultancy work took me across primary schools in Brighton and Hove, where I delivered training and shared my expertise in Special Educational Needs with families and school teams.

After taking a career break to focus on motherhood, I retrained in coaching and earned an accredited Diploma in Performance Coaching. I proudly launched Heads-up Coaching in 2018.

Working with my early clients, I noticed a consistent pattern – the most significant challenge they faced wasn’t strategy or skills. It was time. They felt overwhelmed by endless to-do lists, struggled to prioritise and it affected their productivity, performance and wellbeing.

In 2020, I made the decision to specialise in time management and productivity, combining my background in psychology, education and coaching to help people work smarter, not harder.

How I help

Through one-to-one business coaching, I help business owners gain clarity on their direction, set goals that align with their vision, and build the productive habits and systems that turn ideas into action.

Through productivity training, I equip teams with practical tools and techniques to manage their time effectively, reduce stress, strengthen collaboration and create a culture where people can do their best work without burning out.

My keynote talks inspire teams and individuals to transform the way they work and create more time and space for the things that matter.

Whether you are looking to grow your business with greater focus or transform how your team works together, my approach combines strategic thinking with actionable productivity techniques that create lasting change.

I am also a Productivity Ninja (yes, that is a real job title!) at Think Productive – a global leader in productivity training – where I deliver workshops and keynotes to teams and organisations across the UK.

I live in Brighton and Hove with my husband, our two wonderful daughters and adorable dog.

When I am not working, you’ll find me walking or cycling along the seafront and through the Sussex countryside, swimming, practicing yoga, singing, reading or planning our next travel adventure.
