Can you choose your thoughts?

What you think, you will become….

We have 90, 000 thoughts a day, of which 60,000 are repetitive!

Basically, we think the same thoughts over and over again! Therefore we want to strive towards making these thoughts as positive and constructive as possible.

  • Are your thoughts mainly positive, negative or a mixture?
  • Are your thoughts holding you back or propelling you forwards?
  • Can you change your negative thoughts into positive ones?
  • Can you choose thoughts that will support and encourage you?

The brain generalises so we need to give it more clarity and direction to avoid making generalisations and negative associations. Can you help guide your brain into creating thoughts that will help you, not hinder you? Can you choose your thoughts?

Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) tools and techniques are incredibly effective at changing limiting thoughts, feelings, behaviours, language and beliefs into positive, resourceful assets. What amazes me is when I see my clients make transformations in their thoughts, their language and therefore their behaviours. They are able to redirect their brain and create new associations. They are able to choose their thoughts.
